At Tiki Maniacs, we take pride in the design, production, and overall quality of our products. We stand by our work and will do everything possible to make sure that you are treated fairly, to your satisfaction, and work through any issues in a timely manner.
If for any reason you wish to return one of our product(s). Please do so within 14 days after receiving your item(s). Upon acknowledgment and acceptance of your request, we will issue you a return shipping label for all defect and/or damaged merchandise. We will replace your merchandise and you will not be billed for the replacement merchandise or the freight associated with replacing the merchandise. If you are returning non-defective/non-damaged item(s), you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and will be responsible for all outbound & return freight charges. Sorry, no returns or refunds will be accepted after the 14 day window.
DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT:
Since many of our products are fragile and breakable, we package them in a very careful and secure way to ensure that you receive the item as ordered. Therefore, damage from shipping is very rare. However, we have no control over how the package is handled during transit so in the event that you did receive a damaged item due to transit, please notify us within 14 days upon receiving your item(s) and we will acknowledge, process and send out a return shipping label for the damage item(s). Once we've received the goods back into our warehouse, we will replace your order as soon as possible. There is no cost to you as the return label we issue you will cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Tiki Maniacs.
We inspect every item carefully to make sure there are no defects before we ship them to you. Every item that we produce is a unique, one-of-a kind, collectible work of art so there will be some variations in terms of glazes, patterns, textures, and general appearance. This is totally normal as we cannot guarantee that every item will look exactly the same in each production run. However, if for any reason you deem any of our item(s) defective, please notify us within 14 days upon receiving the item(s), and we will immediately process, check and correct the situation by either sending you a replacement shipment or by crediting your order (after sending a return label and receiving the items(s) back into our warehouse). Sorry, no returns or refunds will be accepted after the 14 day window.
